Thanks to the building practices of the end of the 19th century, when the building was completed, this unique architecture will survive for generations to come. Wood as a building material becomes even stronger and more durable over time under the right conditions. You can see this for yourself on site. The building’s construction is sound, with thick log walls and solid beams, appropriate building techniques and carefully selected materials – all of which set an example for modern construction.

The entire spacious property is surrounded by a wooden fence following the original design. Entrance is available by car through the automated enclosure. You can access on foot directly from the main staircase of the building (from Turu street).

There is a separate building planned in the courtyard with the option to acquire a personal storage space. There is also a shared storage space in the staircase of the main building. There are two bicycle parking areas in the courtyard. It makes for a handy place to store conveyances in constant use, and perhaps even children’s bikes or cargo bikes that are becoming increasingly popular and are convenient for getting around in the city – there is plenty of space!

The private backyard of the building will be turned into a special hangout with lush landscaping and a pergola unseen from the street where you can quickly forget that you are actually in the heart of the capital.
