From a distance, everything still looks relatively calm on the construction site, because the works started from inside the building. The reconstruction of the old and dignified building is carried out under the supervision of the Heritage Protection Board. Each work is coordinated with the board, and since elements worth preserving can be found during the build, cooperation is continuous throughout the construction process.

 The largest part of such a large-scale reconstruction project is the demolition work, which is currently being done in the interior parts of the building.
In September, the beautiful facade will already be covered with scaffolding, and the exterior work will begin simultaneously. By Christmas, the house has already received a restored exterior. The interior construction will continue throughout the winter and spring.

You can still have a say in custom interior solutions.

Soon, half of the apartments in the building will have found their new owners. New interested parties will only be able tochange the interior solutions in their future home until the end of September.

With the planning changes made so far, for example, one three-room apartment has become a two-room apartment with a spacious bedroom and an additional bathroom, we have changed the layout and location of the bathrooms and kitchens, interior finishing materials, and lighting projects.
